This one is off the tracks in all sorts of ways. From the odd name to the brand-new system to the post-humanity/anthro sci-fi foundation, this is a game that takes you some new directions. Honestly, I look at this and I see Palladium’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles RPG taken to a new level (and I frankly really enjoyed that game).

HC SVNT DRACONES puts you in the body of a human experiment that outlived its creator, and has gone on expanding into the galaxy while trying to heed the lessons of a race that fell to ruin. It’s about exploration and fear, expansion and conquest, intrigue and subterfuge, and ultimately, it’s about you, learning to be you, when all the trappings of humanity you define yourself with are dead and gone.

This new and original RPG setting in the post-human Sol system features a dynamic dice system that allows players to approach problems from a variety of angles, rather than using a single blunt-force solution for everything. Learn about the 8-10-12 dice system in the book, or at http://hsdroleplayinggame.com/videos/

The third and final installment of the ultimate dungeon crawl for SW fans is now available from Savage Mojo.

The Lich Queen awaits in her palace. Your heroes survived the Tomb of the Lich Queen, pushed through the Machine of the Lich Queen, and now must face the apocalyptic climax of the Dungeonlands Trilogy. Reality itself twists and roils all around. Prove yourselves to the universe, take the final steps.

Become a god… or a corpse!

When comics and RPGs collide, it can be a very awesome thing. This is especially true when the whole things is highly integrated from the start, as Xion Studios has done with their new WatchGuard property. You’ve got the WatchGuard Sourcebook for Mutants & Masterminds, and here’s the jump-on point for the comic book series – WatchGuard #0!

Riding off of the highly successful, award-winning RPG supplement The WatchGuard Sourcebook is this first comic book adventure introducing you to the team members and their first, collective mission together! Witness the gathering of this team of metahuman heroes as they seek to stop the theft of an unknown object from Catalyst Laboratories! Watch as they seek to ensure the safety of civilians while attempting to stop a group of metahuman villains!

I really do let these get behind more than I mean to, sorry. Here’s some interesting ones, though…

Shotguns & Sorcery RPG

Matt Forbeck’s very popular book series, adapted to RPG play using Monte Cook’s Cypher System (Numenera, The Strange).

Yup!

Protocol Game Series Two (15 More Games)

jim pinto of Postworldgames takes indie to new levels – “The Protocol game series is a collection of roleplaying games that strip  away all pretense and get to the heart of storytelling. Each game uses the same basic mechanics — vignettes, interrogations, interludes, and ensembles — to tell non-derivative stories.” Just a few hours left on this one!

Story War: Sentinel Conflict & “Cosmic Contest” Comic Book

My love for Sentinels of the Multiverse knows no bounds, and I am thrilled to see more content coming for it!

The latest offering in the ever-expanding Shaintar line, this one is a high-level epic adventure that directly connects Shaintar with the entire Suzerain Continuum! Written by Miles M Kantir, with me handling the stat jobs.

Godstrike Tempest is high level Savage Worlds adventure for Shaintar characters of at least Heroic Rank, and/or Suzerain characters.

It’s a grand crossover event showing the exceptional potential of the Suzerain Continuum.

It’s an epic showdown pitting larger-than-life heroes against demon lords and chaotic godlings for the fate of an entire reality.

This product also contains the Storm Druid Edge, for those looking a bit of flash and bang for their druid characters.

The gods of the Part Time Gods setting (by Eloy Lasanta and Third Eye Games) have been wondering whatever happened with the Angels and Heaven and all that. Includes

  • Complete guide to the Nephilim, their Angelic Houses and how they fit into the world of gods.
  • Info on the dark fate of the dimension known only as Heaven.

Ken’s at it again. Well, let’s face it, with his Ken Writes About Stuff program, he’s pretty much constantly at it. This one is meant for GUMSHOE fans, but I bet some enterprising Deadlands fans could also make solid use of Vendetta Run.

You’ve done worse things, but you’ve never done anything as dangerous as angering the Earps. Because now they’re coming to kill you. And they can’t be killed. Not permanent, anyhow. A survival-horror frame for Fear Itself and Owl Hoot Trail set in the worst and weirdest West.

There are those who will say this was one of the most important games of its time, and one of the strongest entries in the diceless genre ever. Find out why.

In 2002, James Wallis and Hogshead Publishing Ltd. brought Nobilis: the Game of Sovereign Powers into the world—a diceless RPG that gave each character control over an elemental aspect of reality. Designed as a boutique-quality coffee table book, it sold through its first printing in a flash and received a suite of positive reviews. The second printing fell into the hands of a malfeasant distributor and vanished. The third printi…

There was no third printing.

Thanks to the generous assistance of Kari Tuurihalme, Rand Brittain, James Wallis, and Daniel Solis, it’s now possible for you to obtain a PDF version of the classic RPG, Nobilis: the Game of Sovereign Powers.

Antagonists? Allies? The foundation of a campaign, or the ultimate goal of the players for their characters? Swordbreakers is all this and more for the Strange RPG.

Swordbreakers: An Elite Organization of the Strange gives players and game masters a close look at a select group of NPC recursors active across the Strange—but especially in Ardeyn.

As a GM resource, Swordbreakers introduces a crack team of NPCs for players to ally with, fight, or even aspire to join, along with the history, goals, and short description of the group’s main base.

As a player resource, Swordbreakers provides NPC patrons or allies and an affiliate organization for those who want to expand their horizons.

An import from Sweden with 30 years of history. The foundation and inspiration for Mutant Chronicles. Fans of post apocalyptic gaming, the MC series, and/or excellent European RPGs should seriously take a look.

We walked among the gaping ruins and rusty car wrecks, monuments to the fall of the Ancients. Naphta had been taken by a Deathworm and the Rot had driven Hugust insane. We had no grub left and there was only rotwater to drink. But we had to keep going. We had to find Eden. We could not return to the Ark empty-handed, the fate of the People rested on our shoulders. Suddenly, Franton, the insect-like Stalker leading our way through the wasteland, stopped. “Zone-Ghouls”, he hissed, drawing his scrap rifle. I inhaled, ready to spew out a cascade of flames at anyone who dared come close. In the next instant, a chilling shriek rose from the ruins around us.

MUTANT: Year Zero is a complete game with its own integral system.
